Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the course content you purchased. This license is for individual use only.

• You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense access to any course content.
• Accounts found sharing access will be terminated without refund.
• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content — including text, videos, graphics, quizzes, and certificates — is the exclusive property of Freight Path and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any course material
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute any portion of the content

4. User Accounts

5. Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Paddle. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. FreightPath Academy does not store your payment card details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
